Attempt To Murder In Hyderabad, Three Arrested

Hyderabad, April 19 (Maxim News): The Police of IS Sadan Police Station, Santoshnagar Division, South East Zone, Hyderabad arrested Three accused persons today,  who was involved in an attempt to Murder a case, due to financial disputes.

The arrested accused are 1) Nadiri Sai Kumar @ Sai,  age: 26 yrs, Occ: Car Driver, 2) S. Sai Kumar,  age: 24 yrs, Occ: Car Driver, 3) Nadiri Mahesh Kumar @ Raju age: 33 yrs, Occ: Police Constable (Govt. Emp.) all are R/o.Municipal Colony, Badangpet, R.R. District

The accused persons attacked the victims with a knife, Iron rod, and wooden sticks in the commission of offense on 18.04.2024 at around 13.00 hours who were previously grudging due to financial disputes with the victim and seized material One Knife, One Iron Rod,  Wooden stick,  Splendor bike,  Vivo 1901 Mobile phone (Seized from A2) and Vivo 2018 Mobile phone (Seized from A3)

The complainant/ Injured is a Nephew of Nadiri Srisailam, where Nadiri Jagadeeshwar & Nadiri Mahesh Kumar are the sons of Srisailam. In the year 2022, the accused person gave an amount of Rs.2 lakhs, and since then he is avoiding to repay the amount. In this regard, a lot of times disputes arose between the accused persons and the complainant. Due to this on 18-04-2024 at about 07.00 hrs, Mahesh went to the complainant’s house and from there took him to the graveyard at Owaisi colony on the pretext of pacifying the money matter, where a friend of the complainant S. Sai Kumar also accompanied him. There Srisailam & Jagadeeshwar were already present at the graveyard, meanwhile accused persons decided to eliminate him and started beating him with sti, on S. Sai Kumar (a friend of the complainant) tried to rescue him, but Srisailam beat him with a stick on his head due to which he received blood injury, on that complainant tried to escape from the place, meantime Srisailam & Jagadeeshwar forcibly took him to Chandraiah Huts, on splendor bike to eliminate him. There they attacked him with a knife and iron rod, due to which he received bleeding injuries.

The case has been closely supervised by D. Janaki, Dy. Commissioner of Police, South East Zone, T. Swamy, Addl. DCP, South East Zone, under the guidance of Mohammed Ghouse, ACP Santoshnagar Division, Hyderabad, and being investigated by M. Venkat Ramaiah, Inspector of Police with the assistance of D. Vijaya Kumar, Sub-Inspector of Police, and other staff of IS Sadan PS. (Maxim News)
