​Azharuddin Fixes Waqf Board: Chairman vs. CEO Conflict Ends

Hyderabad, Dec 24 (Maxim News): Keeping in view that there were disputes between the Waqf Board Chairman and CEO on some issues for a long time, due to this the administration of the Waqf Board has come to stand still, which was raised by the IND Today several times.

However, the issues has been sorted out between the two with the interference by the Minister for Minorities Welfare Mohd Azharuddin today in the meeting held today.

Waqf Board Elected Members Abul Fateh Syed Bandagi Badshah Quadri and Maulana Syed Shah Ali Akbar Nizamuddin Hussaini Sabri played a key role.

As part of the understanding reached between the two, the Telangana Waqf Board functioning has been started and the salaries of the management and the staff has started to be released.

TELANGANA WQKF BOARD STARTED RELEASING PENDING SALARIES TO STAFF

Keeping in view that the IND Today was regularly highlighting the problems being faced by the Waqf Board employees, particularly on the pending salaries to the employees and staff, as part of it, the Waqf Board has released the honorarium to the Muezzins and Imams yesterday, and today the salaries of the Waqf Board Chairman and staff has been released.

Still the salaries and wages of the CEO and Daily Wage Employees are pending, Hope is that the salaries and wages of these staff and daily wage employees will be released soon.

As soon as the salaries of the Chairman and employees were released they thanked the IND Today for raising their problems and also thanked the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Minister for Minorities Welfare Mohd. Azharuddin and requested them to release the pending salies of the remaining staff early.  (Maxim News)
