Hyderabad, Mar 5 (Maxim News): Minister for Minorities Welfare Mohammed Azharuddin attended the Telugu Catholic Bishops Council meeting in Hyderabad.
The meeting took place at St. John’s Regional Seminary in Ramanthapur.
Several bishops from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh attended the meeting. They discussed community matters. They also spoke about minority welfare.
The bishops also discussed development issues. They shared views on the needs of minority communities.
Meanwhile, they spoke about cooperation with the government.
Minister Mohammed Azharuddin addressed the gathering. He spoke about the Telangana government’s commitment to minorities. He also stressed development and empowerment.

Later, the minister interacted with the bishops. He also met church leaders present at the event. They discussed community welfare and development.
Meanwhile, several senior bishops attended the programme. These included Cardinal Poola Anthony, Chinnabathini Bhagyaiah, Polimera Jayarao, Sagili Prakash, and Karanam Dhaman Kumar.
Joseph Thachaparambath and Vijay Kumar Rayarla also attended. Telagathoti Joseph Raja Rao and Msgr. Anthony Das Pilli was present as well.
Minority Corporation Chairman Deepak John attended the meeting. In addition, several other church leaders joined the programme.
