Hyderabad, June 17 (Maxim News): Former Indian Cricket Team Captain and Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) president Mohammad Azharuddin today slammed the members of apex council. He alleged that the apex council members had sent him notice deliberately and made it clear that he had never behaved in way that would damage the reputation of the association.

He alleged that the five members had resorted to the extreme step against him as they were scared that their corrupt practices would be exposed.

He also alleged that the five members were destroying the constitution of the HCA. He said that the five members like John Manoj, Vijayanand, Naresh Sharma Surender Agarwal and Anuradha had corruption charges against them. He said that the notices were issued to him as he stopped them from committing any corruption.

Meanwhile, the five members of the council claimed that they had issued the notice to Azhar as per the recommendations of Justice Lodha . They said that out of the six members of the council five had taken the decision to issue the notice to the former Indian cricketer. (Maxim News)
