Balayya Mobbed By YSRCP Activists In Hindupur, TDP Men Clash With Protesters
Hindupur, Jan.30 (Maxim News): Telugu Desam party leader Nandamuri Balakrishna on Thursday faced bitter experience during his visit to his Assembly constituency Hindupur.
The activists of the ruling YSRCP stopped the vehicle of the actor-turned politician for opposing the formation of three capitals in the State. They raised slogans like “Go back Balayya” and asked him as to how he and his party would oppose the establishment of three capital cities in the State. They also asked him whether he was not in favour of development of the Rayalaseema region.
The protestors also called him “traitor” of the Rayalaseema region. On receipt of the information, scores of TDP leaders and workers reached the spot and clashed with the YSRCP leaders and workers resulting in a stampede. The police rushed to the spot and dispersed the activists of the two parties. (Maxim News)
