Bandi Sanjay Demands Action Against Those People Responsible For Allotting Forest Land Illegally

Hyderabad, April 18 (Maxim News): Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay demanded action against those responsible for illegally allotting the forest land allotted for a vocational training center in Nirmal town for Eidgah construction.

The BJP leader has written a letter to Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao to this effect. He said that it is illegal to allocate land for Eid prayers for selfish politics by pledging the future of unemployed youth. It was recalled that in joint Andhra Pradesh state, the then High Court had made it clear that the lands allocated for public purposes should not be used for other purposes. He said that constructing an Eidgah in Chincholi of Nirmal district against the court orders is an insult to the judicial system.

He said that allocating land for Eid prayers near Hindu temples is meant to incite discord between people. He said that it is the pinnacle of their selfish politics to make decisions to put aside the interests of students for the sake of votes.

It is sad that the Minister for Law, Endowment, Forest and Environment Indrakaran Reddy, and Home Minister Mohd. Mahmood Ali is going to start the construction of Eidgah on illegal land.

Bandi Sanjay strongly condemns the act of sacrificing the future of the youth for political purposes. Bandi Sanjay stated in the letter that if the state government goes ahead, it will have to pay the appropriate price. (Maxim News)
