Bandi Sanjay Warns of Tax Hikes if Congress Wins Municipal Polls
Karimnagar, Feb. 8 (Maxim News): Union Minister Bandi Sanjay accused Congress of planning tax hikes if voters support them in municipal elections.
He made the charge during the election campaign in Choppadandi, Karimnagar. Bandi Sanjay spoke bluntly about political rivals and their promises. Sanjay said voters should not trust anyone’s false words.
Bandi Sanjay claimed he speaks the truth without lies. He added, “I do not tell lies. I speak what is there. That is why I have no BP, sugar. When I fought, KCR got BP, sugar because of me.”
Sajay urged support for BJP candidates. Bandi Sanjay promised to bring funds from Delhi if BJP wins.
The minister dismissed Congress assurances as maya maatalu, or illusions. Therefore, he positioned BJP as the reliable choice for development funds. Also, his comments targeted Revanth Reddy’s party ahead of municipal polls. The rally in Karimnagar drew local crowds for the campaign push.
Meanwhile, Bandi Sanjay’s health reference mocked KCR’s condition. He linked it to his own aggressive opposition style. The speech fits BJP’s narrative against Congress governance. Voters heard pledges of central aid through BJP victories. (Maxim News)
