Bandi Sanjay Writes Letter to CM KCR

Hyderabad, May 3 (Maxim News): State BJP President Band Sanjay has written a letter to the Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao stating that 9350 junior Panchayat Secretaries of the state have been agitating for the past 6 days, demanding immediate regularization of their services and solving other demands.

Bandi Sanjay said that the demand to regularize the service of Junior Panchayat Secretaries is very reasonable. He pointed that on the floor of the Assembly, KCR has declared that there will be no words like contract and outsourcing employees in Telangana.

He stated in the letter that there was news that the contract employees were signed for regularization on the inauguration of the new secretariat building, but it is unfair that the junior panchayat secretaries, who qualified in the competitive examinations and joined the job, have not been regularized even after four years of their tenure. Although the probationary period of three years has been extended to four years, they have fulfilled all the duties. In the letter, he said that it is outrageous that they have not been regularized even after the deadline.

It is unfair that the government, which is complaining that the gram panchayats in Telangana are receiving awards in matters like sanitation, hygiene and development of villages, does not pay any attention to the problems of the probationary panchayat secretaries who play a key role in it.

The role of Junior Panchayat Secretaries is active in the implementation of village progress, Haritha Haram, Swachh Bharat programs along with development works in villages such as nurseries, Vaikunthadhams, dumping yards, inkwells, construction of toilets, rural nature forests, farmers platforms, sports grounds, kitchen gardens. he said that even today, they are not provided with job security except for those who work for more than 12 hours a day.

The fact that the probationary secretaries went on strike for their just demands is a proof of the government’s incompetence. it is not enough for you to sit in the White House alone. It is advised to take care of the welfare of people and employees.

He demanded to focus on solving their problems, failing which the people of Telangana will not forgive. The Telangana BJP has warned that they will have to take part in a large scale movement with the respective employees. (Maxim News)
