Bandi Sanjay writes open letter to CM KCR

Hyderabad, Dec.17 (Maxim News): State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar today wrote an open letter to the chief minister of the state and alleged that the GO No. 317 issued by the state government for the re-allotment of the state government employees was a classic example on how irresponsible the state government is towards its employees. He claimed that the employees were on the verge of losing their local status due to the GO.

He said that it was unfortunate that the GO was issued without considering the local status of the employees on the basis of the newly created districts. In his open letter, he also said that although the CM had issued GO No.124 as per president’s orders promising that he would adjust the employees, he did not keep his promise . within three years . He alleged that the steps initiated by the TRS led state government was troubling the employees of the state. He said that it was shameful that the service rules of the employees were not framed as per the new zones and Multi zones . He said that the decision by the state government would create a lot of legal problems for the employees in future. He said that the implementation of the GO in its current form would deprive some of the districts of the state from getting any kind of job notifications for several years.

He demanded the state government to immediately withdraw the GO and hold discussions with employees and teachers union leader to solve their problems and added that entire process should be completed within 15 days period. He also demanded the state government to issue a White paper on the total number of vacancies in the state besides demanding the state government to take up the new recruitment process in a span of the next one month.
