Bharat Jodo Yatra enters Telangana

Hyderabad, October 23: AICC leader Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra has entered Telangana. He entered the State at 10 am on Sunday at Krishna check-post near Gudaballuru, Narayanapet district from Raichur, Karnataka.

TPCC chief A Revanth Reddy, CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka, former MP Madhu Yashki, former Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu, and others gave a grand welcome to Rahul.

On the first day of the tour, Rahul’s padayatra will continue for 3 km and will leave for Delhi at 11 am at Tyrode. He gave a break to the yatra on October 24, 25, and 26 due to the Diwali festival. Again, he will resume yatra from October 27 morning till November 7. The Yatra will continue for 12 days for a stretch of 375 km, covering seven districts, seven Lok Sabha, and 17 Assembly constituencies.

Rahul will tour Narayanapet, Mahbubnagar, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Sangareddy, Medak, and Kamareddy districts.

In view of Rahul’s yatra, PCC has made wide arrangements, including cultural events and corner meetings. Also, the local leaders planned programs to prove Congress’ strength. They planned to include Munugode poll campaigning to coordinate with the yatra.
