Bhatti Alleges TRS Leaders Disrobe Woman, Set Her Husband Afire

Hyderabad, Dec.8 (Maxim News): CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Sunday asked whether the State government stop atrocities committed by the ruling party leaders in the State.

Referring to the molestation of a woman and burning her husband alive by the ruling party leaders from Old Bowenpally incident, Bhatti demanded that the State government provide proper treatment to the husband of the molestation victim Shankarappa. He also demanded that the State government punish the accused of molestation of Sanakarappa’s wife.

The CLP leader alleged that the local TRS leader Madhav Reddy had got demolished the wall of a land with his henchmen. When the victim tried to stop him from carrying out his illegal act, the accused burned Shankarappa by pouring petrol over his body. Vikramarka alleged that the accused stripped the victim naked in order to molest her.

The CLP leader alleged that the local police did not register a case against the accused despite such a heinous crime committed by them and a complaint lodged by the victims. He said the atrocities by the TRS leaders in the State were increasing with each passing day. He said Shankarappa was fighting for his life at Gandhi hospital with his burn injuries. He demanded that the police take immediate action against the ruling party leaders and provide proper treatment to the victim from its own money. He also reminded the police that they should work for the welfare of the people but not for the welfare of the ruling party leaders. (Maxim News)
