Big Shock To KTR: HC Rejects Quash Petition
Hyderabad, Jan 7 (Maxim News): BRS Working President and former minister K.Tarak Rama Rao got a big shock in the Telangana High Court. The Telangana High Court dismissed KTR’s quash petition. KTR’s lawyer told the court that he should be given a not-to-arrest order. The High Court made it clear that such petitions cannot be entertained.

The court agreed with the government’s arguments. It also lifted the interim orders. The bench ruled that the ACB could not interfere in the investigation. The High Court advised that the law should be followed. The High Court commented that the rule of law applies to everyone. However, it is reported that KTR is planning to go to the Supreme Court after facing a setback in the High Court. There is excitement about the ACB’s next steps with the High Court’s verdict. It is known that the ACB has already issued notices to KTR to appear for questioning on the 9th of this month.
Meanwhile, ACB has conducted searches at the Ace Urban Developers office in Machilipatnam, AP. A team of senior ACB officials from Telangana will conduct inspections. A team of ACB officials is already conducting inspections in Hyderabad. Telangana police say that searches are being conducted at the Greenco subsidiary of Chalamalasetty Sunil. Chalamasetty Sunil’s birthplace is Machilipatnam, Krishna district. It is known that Sunil’s mother Venkatalakshmi previously served as the Chairman of Bandar Municipal Corporation. The ACB team arrived from Telangana early in the morning. Telangana ACB officials said that they are conducting searches in AP on the orders of the above officials. (Maxim News)
