Hyderabad, Feb. 16: The 23rd edition of the Bio Asia 2026 Summit will be inaugurated by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy in Hyderabad.
The prestigious international conference, organised by the Telangana government, will be held at HITEX Exhibition Centre on February 17 and 18.
This year’s theme is “TechBio Unleashed – AI, Automation, and Transformative Developments in Life Sciences.”
The summit will focus on the growing role of advanced technologies in the life sciences sector.
As India emerges as a global hub for TechBio innovations, the conference will explore how artificial intelligence, automation and biotechnology are shaping the future of healthcare.
Global Participation at Bio Asia 2026
The Chief Minister will also inaugurate an international exhibition organised by leading global life sciences organisations. Later, he will formally open the Bio Asia 2026 Summit and address the gathering.
The two day event will bring together national and international experts, scientists and industry leaders from the bio sciences field.
Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu will participate in the summit. Professor Bruce L. Levine from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Dr. Howard Y. Chang, Chief Scientific Officer of Amgen, USA, will deliver keynote addresses.
During the summit, delegates from various countries will take part in discussions on key topics.
These include science, software and supply, next generation biologics, the future of pharma and biotech, AI driven research and development, digital transformation, global impact and Telangana Rising 2047 – World Class Life Sciences Ecosystem.
The Bio Asia 2026 Summit is expected to serve as a major platform for collaboration, innovation and policy dialogue in the life sciences sector.
With global participation and high level discussions, the event aims to strengthen Telangana’s position in the global biotechnology landscape.
