BJP Is Looking To Repeal The Constitution: CM Revanth Reddy

Delhi/Hyderabad, Dec 14 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the BJP is trying to abolish the Constitution and it is everyone’s responsibility to protect it.

The Congress party organized a grand dharna at the Ramlila Maidan in Delhi, called ‘Vote Chor-Gaddi Chod’.  AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge, top leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi and many other important leaders attended the event.  Revanth Reddy and Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka participated in the dharna from Telangana.

On this occasion, Revanth Reddy said, “When Mahatma Gandhi and Ambedkar were writing the Constitution, when the Constituent Assembly was discussing the right to vote for Dalits, Advasis, minorities and the poor, RSS ideologue M.S.Golwalkar and others wanted to not give them the right to vote.  But, since Gandhi and Ambedkar gave them the right to vote, they are also participating in the formation of the government in this country.

He said that after Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, who have the ideology of RSS and Golwalkar, formed the government at the Center, they wanted 400 seats to implement their ideology.  Rahul Gandhi said that if the BJP is given 400 seats, the Constitution will be changed and reservations will be lifted, but the people of the country limited that party to 240 seats.  That is why today’s constitution has reservations.  That is why efforts are being made in the name of SIR. Just as Gandhi and Ambedkar stood for the poor Muslim Minorities, Dalits and Adivasis then, now Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjuna Kharge are standing.  We should stand by them.

In the name of SIR, first the voter card will be removed.  Then the Aadhaar and ration card will be cancelled.  Then all their rights will be taken away.  This issue is not about elections or the Congress party, but the country’s issue.  Telangana is ready to join hands in the fight against this issue that Rahul Gandhi is waving.  I want all the people of the country to come together, said Revant Reddy.
