BJP MLA Raja Singh resignation drama ends

Hyderabad, March 21 (Maxim News): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator in Telangana Assembly, Raja Singh, who threatened to resign on grounds of government neglecting his constituency, Dhoolpet, stepped back after meeting BJP floor leader, Laxman.

He said that after he met Laxman, he was at peace as he had promised to meet KCR tomorrow and discuss about Dhoolpet.

The area has 5,000 families that have been divested of their sole means of livelihood, that is manufacturing liquor. However, they are not yet rehabilitated.

Raja Singh said that Laxman convinced him that they would fight for the welfare of his constituency and he is confident now. (Maxim news)
