Body Of Unidentified Man Found Near Balapur Lake

Hyderabad, July 11 (Maxim News): The body of an unidentified man was found in a secluded place near the Balapur lake in Chandrayangutta on Friday morning.

It is suspected that the victim was murdered by assailants by slitting his throat with a knife and stabbed his body, police said.

Local residents, who noticed the body of the victim — suspected to be aged in his mid-thirties — lying amidst trees, alerted the police.

On receiving information, the police reached the spot and examined it. Police said clues have been collected from the location, and surveillance camera footage is being examined.

ACP Chandrayangutta, A. Sudhakar visited the spot and supervised the investigation process. Cops suspect the victim may have been a local resident and that his killers were possibly known to him.

Efforts are on to identify the victim and the killers. They suspect the victim was killed elsewhere and the body was disposed of at the location. All surrounding police stations have been alerted.
