Former Minister and BRS MLA G Jagadish Reddy, accompanied by MLAs K Sanjay and Padi Kaushik Reddy, filed affidavits with the Assembly secretary seeking action against the turncoat MLAs. The BRS delegation said it would pursue the matter aggressively, pressing the Speaker to initiate disqualification proceedings and set the stage for the by-elections.

Addressing mediapersons at the Assembly media point, Jagadish Reddy accused the turncoat MLAs of betraying their voters by defecting to the Congress.
