BRS Grabbed Poor Farmers Lands: Alleged Adluri Laxman

Hyderabad, Oct 18 (Maxim News): Government Whip and Dharmapuri MLA Adluri Laxman has alleged that the former Chief Minister K.Chandrasekhar Rao and former Minister Harish Rao forcibly grabbed the lands where two crops were grown by hitting the stomach of the farmers.

He criticized KCR for giving the position of MLC to Venkaztarami Reddy, the then-collector who had beaten the farmers. In the villages of Mallanna Sagar, Gram Sabhas were held amid police picketing.

Speaking at the media conference at Gandhi Bhavan, today, Adluri Laxman severely criticized BRS.  Adluri Laxman accused KCR and Harish Rao of grabbing the farmers’ lands by force. He challenged that he is ready for discussion with Harish Rao on the issues of land grabbing. He challenged Harish Rao to fix the time and date. He challenged to come for a public debate near the statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar at Siddipet.  Adluri Laxman said that if Harish Rao brings KCR to discuss Mallanna Sagar, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will come to the discussion. Adluri Laxman said that if he tells the date and time when KCR will come, CM Revanth Reddy will come for discussion. Adluri Laxman challenged that they are ready for discussion anywhere in Siddipet, Gajwel, Choppadandi, and Dharmapuri.

Adluri Laxman challenged that he is ready to discuss with Harish Rao on the issues of Kaleswaram Link 2 refugees in Dharmapuri.  Harish Rao was fired for repeatedly telling lies and trying to tell the truth.  It was objected that the sins committed by forcefully grabbing land dwellers would not go away.  Adluri Laxman said that the anarchy committed by KCR and Harish Rao in Mallanna Sagar was not all. He said that cases were filed against farmers and leaders who asked for compensation. 

Adluri Laxman expressed grief that a farmer named Mallareddy committed suicide in his own house in Mallanna Sagar due to the anarchy of the KCR government.  He said that everyone knows what happened to the BRS party in the Lok Sabha elections.  Adluri Laxman complained that the BRS had performed Astra Sanyas while the polling was going on.  Adluri Laxman severely criticized the leaders of the BRS party, who were buried with sticks by the people, who were not coming to their senses.  (Maxim News)
