BRS MLAs In Land Dispute: Survey Of Officials: High Tension
Hyderabad, Dec 9 (Maxim News): BRS MLAs Malla Reddy and Marri Rajasekhar Reddy are once again embroiled in a land dispute. A land dispute has been going on in Suchitra Center of Medchal district for several years. Victim Srinivas Reddy has alleged that former minister Malla Reddy and MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy have occupied 33 pits in 1.29 acres in survey number 82 and 83. The victim has expressed his grievances that their lands were occupied when Malla Reddy was a minister. He has demanded that the government should do justice to them.
In the wake of the land dispute, the revenue officials officially undertook a land survey today (Tuesday). The survey is continuing amidst heavy police deployment. However, former minister Mallareddy is alleging that they are conspiring to seize their land even though the court has ruled in their favor. Meanwhile, as soon as the survey was known, Mallareddy and Marri Rajasekhar Reddy’s followers reached the area in large numbers. However, the police did not allow BRS activists to enter the area where the survey was being conducted. The police dispersed the BRS activists in that area. Due to this, there was a high tension atmosphere at the disputed land of Suchitra Center. (Maxim News)
