Buchi Babu Testimony: Key For Kavitha’s Investigation on March 16

Buchi Babu Testimony | Delhi/Hyderabad, Mar 15 (Maxim News) BRS MLC Kavitha’s former auditor Gorantla Buchibabu appeared before the ED in the Delhi Liquor Scam money laundering case.

It seems that ED is interrogating Liquor merchant Arun Pillai and Gorantly Buchibabu together.

It seems that the ED will get answers from the accused on many issues, including the preparation of the liquor policy, the meetings held in the hotels, the draft policy coming to the accused first, the affairs of 100 crores, and the destruction of evidence.

ED has already obtained vital information from Buchibabu in Tihar jail on February 28, today’s testimony of Arun Pillai and Buchibabu will be crucial for tomorrow’s Kavitha trial.

A few days ago CBI arrested Kavitha’s former auditor Gorantly Buchibabu in the Delhi Liquor scam case. It is noteworthy that Buchibabu is the second person to be arrested by the CBI in this case after Abhishek Boinapalli from Telangana.

In the past too, ED Buchibabu was brought before the special CBI court after questioning several times. The court remanded him in custody.

Punjab-based businessman Gautam Malhotra was also arrested by the Ed in the Delhi Liquor case. (Maxim News)
