Bus Services Resume From MGBS As Musi Floodwaters Recede
Hyderabad, Sept 28 (Maxim News): Bus services have resumed from MGBS. TGRTC officials said in a statement on Sunday afternoon that bus services running every day will be available as usual. They clarified that bus services will run to all districts of Telangana, Andhra pradesh and Karnataka. About 2500 services, including super luxury, deluxe and special buses will resume their operations.
Meanwhile, the flood level of the Musi River has reduced. With this, bus services have started. The staff has been removing the mud accumulated in the MGBS due to the rains on Saturday since this morning. Measures have been taken on a war footing to ensure that passengers do not face any difficulties. Passengers who were supposed to go to their villages on Saturday due to the floods are now leaving. The bus stand is currently bustling with passengers.
RTC is running buses from various places to districts. RTC staff are advising passengers to go to the pickup points. Buses are running from Aramghar, LB Nagar, Uppal and JBS to districts. Officials are saying that passengers who have made reservations should go to the pickup points. (Maxim News)
