Case Registered Against BRS Candidate Maganti Sunitha

Hyderabad, oct 31 (Maxim News): BRS candidate Maganti Sunitha, who was campaigning for the Jubilee Hills by-election, got an unexpected shock when a case was registered against her at the Borabanda police station. Congress Media and Communication Chairman Mohan Reddy filed a complaint against her with the RO. Following this, the police registered a case against Maganti Sunitha.

Mohan Reddy alleged in his complaint that she was distributing voter slips with the BRS party symbol in the Jubilee Hills constituency. Based on Mohan Reddy’s complaint, the Borabanda police have booked a case against Maganti Sunitha. However, it remains to be seen how Maganti Sunitha and the BRS party will respond to this.

Meanwhile, the by-election here became inevitable with the death of Maganti Sunitha’s husband Gopinath. Polling will be held on November 11, 2025. The results will be announced on the 14th. Naveen Yadav from Congress and Lankala Deepak Reddy from BJP are in the fray. In this by-election, a maximum of 58 candidates are in the final list.
