Case Registered Against Hyderabad BJP Candidate Madhavi Latha 

Hyderabad, May 13 (Maxim News): A case has been registered against Hyderabad BJP MP candidate Madhavilatha. A case was registered under various sections at Malakpet PS on the orders of Election Officer Ronald Ross.

A case was registered against her for allegedly checking the slips of the voters.  A video of Madhavilatha checking the voters by examining the voter IDs and slips has come to light.  After seeing the faces of the voters and identifying them, she argued with the officials to allow them to vote. 

Chief Election Officer Vikas Raj said that checking voter slips is a violation of election rules.  It has been revealed that more than 40 percent of polling has been registered in Telangana at 1 pm.  Vikas Raj of Telangana stated that 50 percent of polling has been registered in some areas.  (Maxim News)
