CBSE 12th Results 2024 Release 

Delhi/Hyderabad, May 13 (Maxim News): CBSE Board 12th and 10th Result 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today released the class 12 results 2024. Those who appeared for the exams can now check and download the scorecards from the official websites.cbseresults.nic.in  ,  result.cbse.nic.in.   results.digilocker.gov.in and umang.gov.in.

CBSE conducted the class 12 exams from February 15 and April 2, and class 10 board exams were held between February 15 and March 13 in a pen-paper mode. To check board class 12 and 10 results 2024 online, students are required to key in their date of birth, roll code and roll number.

Steps to check your marksheet is by visiting the official website, on the homepage, click on the ‘Results’ section, click on the board Result 2024 link, enter your credentials such as roll number and date of birth in the designated field, result 2024 will appear on the screen and download the result for future reference. The scorecard will contain the student’s name, date of birth, roll number,  marks they have scored in different subjects, etc.

Last year, the pass percentage of Class 10 was 93.12 per cent. The board has usually conducted class 10 and 12 exams in offline mode. Till now, it has only been in 2020 and 2021 when the CBSE did not conduct board exams in offline mode.

In 2023, the overall pass percentage for Class 12 is 87.33 per cent, which is a dip from last year’s performance (-5.38), however, as per board, it has increased from the pre-pandemic years. In 2022, the overall pass percentage was 92.71 per cent in comparison to 88.78 per cent in 2020 and 83.40 per cent in 2019.

After the announcement of the CBSE inter-class 12 results, students who fail to clear the exams will be able to appear for the CBSE Board compartment exams. Information about the compartmental exams will be announced after the CBSE result declaration. (Maxim News)
