He questioned the rationale behind including Muslims under the BC category, stating, “We have our own tribe, birth name, and traditions—how can Muslims be included in a list meant for Hindus?”

Bandi Sanjay also criticized the Congress government in Telangana, led by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, accusing it of reducing the representation of the BC population. He claimed that although the government promises 42 percent reservation, it is allegedly allocating 10 percent of that to Muslims. “How can BCs stay silent when the Congress is betraying them?” he questioned, asserting that any bill proposing the inclusion of Muslims in the BC list would be rejected by the Centre unless such provisions are removed.

Highlighting the MLC elections, Sanjay expressed confidence that all surveys indicate a strong victory for BJP-supported candidates. He urged BJP workers to remain courageous and committed during the elections. He also assured that if BJP-backed MLC candidates win, the party will support them in becoming representatives in future local body elections.

Bandi Sanjay further stated that millions of BJP supporters dream of seeing the party in power in Telangana and lamented that many loyal workers passed away without witnessing that goal. “My mission is to bring BJP to power in Telangana this time,” he declared.

Referring to past challenges faced by BJP leaders in Peddapalli district, Sanjay recalled incidents where Naxalites had issued threats against party leaders such as Gujjula Ramakrishna Reddy, Dugyala Pradeep Rao, Kasipeta Lingaiah, and Komala Anjaneyulu. Despite these threats, he stated, the BJP leaders stood firm, fought without fear, and raised the saffron flag.

Sanjay also claimed that the Congress government in Telangana is on the verge of collapse and could fall at any time. (Maxim News)
