Khammam, Sept.1 (NSS): CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today came down heavily on the Central government and alleged that the BJP government at the Centre was creating feuds between the two Telugu speaking states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Addressing a gathering after distributing newly sanctioned Asara pensions at Mudigonda Mandal Parishad office, Vikaramarka asked the Centre, which issued orders to the State to clear electricity arrears to neighboring Andhra Pradesh, as to why it was not releasing the lakhs of rupees promised by it to the Telangana State, in the AP Reorganization Act. He alleged that the Central government was showing negligence in fulfilling the promises made to the people of the State in the Reorganization Act for the last eight years. He demanded that the Central give Bayyaram steel factory, national irrigation project, ITIR project, Tribal University to Telangana as promised by it in the Reorganization Act.
