Chevella Road Accident | Hyderabad, Nov 3: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy expressed shock over the devastating road accident in Chevella mandal, Rangareddy district.

He immediately instructed officials to rush to the accident site and take necessary relief measures. The Chief Minister emphasized the need to get complete details of the incident and to update him regularly.

Following the tragedy, CM Revanth Reddy ordered Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao and DGP Shivadhar Reddy to ensure all injured persons from the bus mishap were shifted to Hyderabad for better medical treatment.

Top officials, along with available ministers, were instructed to visit the accident site without delay. The District Collector was also directed to intensify relief efforts and take all necessary steps for immediate assistance.

The Chief Minister personally spoke with the DGP and Chief Secretary over the phone, inquiring about relief measures being executed at the accident site on a war footing.

He emphasized that emergency medical assistance must be provided promptly to save lives. This included arranging adequate ambulances and medical personnel to attend to the injured.

Special arrangements were announced to be made at Gandhi and Osmania hospitals to receive and treat those injured.

Medical teams would be mobilized to save patients in critical condition, with authorities directed to accord the highest priority to treatment under a declared health emergency.

The comprehensive state response highlights the government’s commitment to managing this tragic incident with swift and effective action.
