Class War Between Congress Leaders Exposed Once Again

Jangaon/Hyderabad, April 28 (Maxim News): Class war between the Telangana Congress leaders has been exposed once again.

Former Minister Ponnala Lakshmaiah and former MLA Kommuri Pratap Reddy’s factions got into a heated argument during CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka’s padayatra. As soon as the padyatra reached Abdul nagaram in Tarigoppula Mandal, Ponnala and Kommuri communities competed to welcome Bhatti vikramarka. In this connection, there was a fight between the two groups. With this, the supporters of Ponnala and Kommuri raised slogans in favour of their leaders. Before the situation escalated the police intervened and dispersons both sides.

It may be recalled that the difference between Ponnala Lakshmaiah and Kommuri Pratap Reddy flared up on Thursday. Disagreements, which were limited to criticism in the past, have escalated to suspension announcements. A meeting was held at the party’s constitutency office in jangaon under the chairmanship of Ponnala faction leader and party district executive president Lingaji. Lingaji announced that Kommuri Pratap Reddy was engaged in anti-party activities and his basic membership of the party was cancelled. It is said that a letter will be sent to the state leadership in this regard.

Shortly after this announcement, senior leader Rachakonda Uppalaiah, Banothu Bansi, Godala narsaiah, G.Anandam and others gathered at the party office at Kommuri residence. They said that Ponnala Lakshmaiay was causing damage to the party and demanded that he should step down from the party duties due to his age. They want to give a party ticket to Kommuri. They announced that they are suspending Ponnala. After that Kommuri Pratap Reddy organized another meeting. While he comforts the farmers who are in trouble, he wants to stop sitting at Ponnala’s house and doing such despicable things. He said that people know who has earned money by getting ministerial positions and who has spent it for the people. It is against this backdrop that differences emerged once again in Bhatti’s Vikramarka Padayatra. (Maxim News)
