Hyderabad, Feb.21 (Maxim News): Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today stated that Rs 4,000 cr worth projects of Sangameshwara and Basaveshwara in Narayankhed segment should be completed in one-and-a-half year. He said about 4 lakh acres would be irrigated in this time.

The Andole segment is getting more water compared to other segments and MLA Kranthi Kiran is lucky, KCR added.
“As Transport minister, I toured several villages in Narayankhed and other segments which are away from development, irrigation projects and water. Then I thought to achieve statehood to address these issues and fought for 14 years and took up a fast-unto-death to get Telangana, he said. The CM announced Rs 50 cr each for Sangareddy and Zahirabad corporations and Rs 25 cr for municipalities nearby.
