CM Revanth Key Instruction On The Development Of Tourist Areas

Hyderabad, July 6 (Maxim News) Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has focused on the tourism sector of Telangana. Key steps have been taken to develop tourist destinations in the state. To this end, a review meeting was held with the relevant officials at the Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Centre (MCRHRD) campus in Jubilee Hills. On this occasion, key suggestions were made to them on the development of tourist destinations.

The Chief Minister has focused on the tourist areas of Hyderabad in particular. CM Revanth Reddy has ordered that Taramati Baradari near Golconda be further developed as a tourism area. He has ordered that Durgam Cheruvu be developed as a full-fledged tourist area. He has ordered that Manjeera and Dilkusha guest houses be modernized. Vikarabad should be developed under the Tourism Hub Development Scheme. He has suggested that the Veerabhadra Swamy Temple in Vikarabad be developed and a committee be formed for the temple on the lines of Yadadri.

CM Revanth ordered that the forest department lands under the Cur area should be developed as eco-tourism in collaboration with the tourism department. He ordered that eco-parks should be developed in Bhagyanagaram on the lines of Gurramguda Eco Park. He wanted the forest lands in Future City to be developed on an international level. Arrangements should be made on the lines of urban forest, a special officer should be appointed for those projects and the work should be intensified. He suggested that the Puranapool heritage bridges should be developed and developed into tourist areas, and arrangements should be made for tourists on the bridges.

The Chief Minister said that if possible, traffic should be diverted and tourists should be given an opportunity. He also said that efforts should be started on the Global Investment Summit to be held in December and committees should be formed for coordination between departments for the summit. Meanwhile, the review meeting was attended by CM Advisor Ramakrishna Rao, Special Chief Secretary to the Government Jayesh Ranjan, CMO Principal Secretary Seshadri, CM Principal Secretary Sridhar, Tourism Secretary Vani Prasad, and Tourism Corporation MD Gauthami.
