CM Revanth Reddy Orders Officials To Submit Reports On Schemes

Hyderabad, Oct 27 (Maxim News): On the occasion of the completion of two years of the Congress government by December, CM Revanth Reddy has ordered top officials to submit a comprehensive report on the schemes that have not yet been implemented as included in the manifesto.  He also said that a list of promises made during the elections that are being delayed should be prepared.

Furthermore, what is the additional financial burden on the government exchequer to implement those pending guarantees in the future? What is the total cost of implementing them?  To what extent are the funds currently available for that cost? If there is a shortage of funds, it is suggested that a solid roadmap be prepared in collaboration with the Finance Department on how to raise funds as an alternative.

Secretariat sources say that as the government completes two years in office, the CM intends to review the distribution of welfare benefits at the field level and use this comprehensive report as a basis for formulating future action.  (Maxim News)
