CM Revanth Reddy Prays For Cordial Ties Between Telugu States

Tirumala/Hyderabad, May 22 (Maxim News): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that he prayed to Lord Venkateswara Swamy of Tirumala that the people of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh should be happy.

Revanth Reddy along with his family visited Tirumala Srivari on Wednesday. Dressed in traditional clothes, along with his wife, daughter, grandson and son-in-law, they performed a special pooja to Lord Shiva. The temple authorities and priests gave him a warm welcome. Revanth Reddy entered the Srivari temple through the Vaikuntha gate and visited the Swami along with his family members.

CM Revanth Reddy spoke to the media after the darshan of Srivari. He wished to have good relations with the government to be formed in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Revanth said that Swami has prayed to the people of both Telugu states to be happy. It was announced that the Telangana government will also cooperate to provide its services for the convenience of the devotees who come to have a darshan of Srivari. Meanwhile, he said that the farmers are happy under the Congress rule in Telangana. He said that due to timely rains, the water problems have been solved. Revanth said that he wanted to see the development of Andhra Pradesh along with Telangana with the blessing of Swami.

After visiting Tirumala, the Chief Minister and his family members returned to Hyderabad. Departed from Tirumala to Renigunta Airport in a special flight.  (Maxim News)
