Hyderabad, Jan 30 (Maxim News): In the joint operation, the Commissioner’s Task Force, North, West Zone Teams and Police Jublee Hills PS, nabbed (06) Narcotic drug peddlers including South African national, Ghana National person near Jublee Hills Checkpost, Jublee Hills who are in possession of Narcotic substance Drug – Cocaine, in order to delivery to needy customers at Hyderabad. Seized (370) grams of Cocaine, Rs.46,000/- (12) Cell phones, (1) Ford Car, (01) Motor cycle from their possession.

Details of Accused persons :
1. Mandela James S/o. late Mandela, age. 38 yrs, R/o. Nigon East , Mumbai, Maharasthra State N/o. JohannesBurg, South Africa, (Drug peddler )

2. Drake Owen S/o. OWEN John, age. 27 yrs, Occ. Cloths export business, R/o. Room No. 102, Sukun Hotel, N/o. Min village, Accra, Oban, Ghana Country,
(Drug peddler/ associate of Mandela James )

3. Abhishek Kumar S/o. Devraj Kumar, age. 35 yrs, Occ. Artist, R/o. Highbiscuss

Modus operandi:

The Drug peddlers 1.Mandela James, age. 38 yrs is a Citizen of South Africa Nation, and 2.Drake Owen, age.27 yrs is a Citizen of Ghana Nation. They came to India on business VISA and doing Garments export business. They use one of their local dialects to communicate with one another and deliver drug to the consumers, Customers from Mumbia. The accused persons are supplying Cocaine Drug for Rs. 3,500/- to the Drugs sellers, Consumers at Hyderabad to gain easy profit. The Cocaine sell Rs. 4500/- to 5,000/- each gram to the consumers. The accused persons developed contacts with potential customers, consumers and i.eAbhishek Kumar , age. 35 yrs (Artist), G.Srinivasulu @ Naresh, age. 29 yrs supplying cocaine drug. They also built chain system in-between Drug customers, seller to hide their identity and to escape from the police surveillance.

Brief facts of the case:-

The prime accused Mandela James is South Africa national is a king pin of Drug racket at Mumbai. He came to India in the year 2011 frequently he comes to Mumbai and staying 4 to 5 month, exporting garment to his native, goes to his native place. Last year in the month of Feb-2016 he came to Mumbai and stayed few months , left from Mumbai in the month of June-2016. Again he came back to Mumbai in the month of Dec-2016 , since then he has been staying at Nigon East, Mumbai. On the part of drug racket he engaged one person Drake Owen, who is Ghana national, he came to Mumbai in the month of August -2016, both of them illegally procuring of Narcotic Drug Cocaine from their African Nationals and supply Cocaine drug from Mumbai to Hyderabad to the customers, Consumers namely Abhishekar Kumar , G.Srinivasulu and others to gain easy money.

The accused Abhishek Kumar (Artist )is in the habit of Consuming Cocaine. Previously he came in to contact G. Srinivasulu N/o. Chittur Dist, AP State. Since then both of them together consuming cocaine with others which is brought by them from Goa, Mumbai. While they procured Cocaine Drug and going to deliver the Cocaine along with his friend G.Srinivasulu, they were caught by S.R. Nagar Police on 8/12/2012, a case was registered in Cr No: 924/2012 U/S 21 (b) of NDPS Act of PS SR Nagar against them. After that they got released on bail. Later due to habit of Consume Cocaine, while searching about Drug suppliers at Mumbai, in the month of April-2016 in a party he met Mandela James and associate Mark Owen and got friendship with them. He purchase Cocaine drug from them. Sometimes they also delivering to him at Hyderabad. The Accused Abhishek Kumar used to purchase Cocaine 15 to 20 grams for his personal use and also share with his friends.
The accused G.Srinivasulu is native of Chittur Dist to earn money in illegal ways he acquaintance Drug peddlers Mandela James and his associate Drake Owen R/o. Mumbai. He used to consume Cocaine and purchase Rs 3,500/- per gram and sometimes sell to his friends Rs. 4,500/- to 5000/- each gram at Hyderabad to gain easy money.

The accused persons M.Srinvas @ Mohan and J.E.Naveen Kumar @ Naveen both are N/o. Karnataka State the are consuming Cocaine and used to purchase Cocaine from Mandela James and his associate Drake Owen and selling the customers to gain easy money.

Four days back the consumers Abhishek Kumar, G.srinivasulu, came into contact with Drug peddlers Mandela James and Drake Owen, told them to supply 15 to 20 grams of Cocaine to each one, on that they are agree for delivery the same at Hyderabad. As per their plan to day i.e on .30- 01-2017 the drug peddlers reached at Jublee Hills Check post, delivered the Cocaine to Abhishek Kumar and his friend G.Srinivasulu , J.E.Naveen Kumar @ Naveen and M.Srinvas @ Mohan , meanwhile on tip off apprehended them along with the narcotic drug “Cocaine”.

Seized Cocaine drug etc from the accused persons:-
Seized Cocaine Drug 165 grams from the possession of Mandela James, 155 grams, Rs. 46000/- from the possession of mark Owen, 15 grams from the possession of Abhishek Kumar, 15 grams from the possession of G.Sinivasulu @ Naveen, 10 Grams from the possession of J.E.Naveen Kumar & 10 grams from the possession of M.Srinvas @ Mohan

Total seized (370) grams of Cocaine, Rs. 46,000/- (01) Ford Car (01) Motor cycle, (12) Cell phones from their possession.

The accused persons along with seized material being handed over to SHO, Jubeel Hills PS for further necessary action.

The arrests were made under the supervision of B.Limba Reddy, Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad by L.Raja Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, West Zone, P.Balavanthaiah, Inspector of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, North Zone, K.Muthu, Inspector of Police, Jublee Hills PS and SIs P.Chandrasekhar Reddy, B.Sravan Kumar, K.S.Ravi , K.Srikanth of North Zone Task Force, M.Prabhakar Reddy, P.Mallikarjun, V.Kishore, L.Bhaskar Reddy and staff of Commissioner’s Task Force, North and West Zone Teams, Hyderabad.
