Hyderabad, Nov.26 (Maxim News): As long as TRS boss and Caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is alive, the congress will not come to power in Telangana, caretaker minister T Harish Rao today said. He flayed the congress for its remarks that the alliance will put KCR behind bars on coming to power after the elections. The congress led alliance will never come to power as the people fed up with its anti development efforts to stall the projects and works he said.
Addressing a road show as part of campaign in support of TRS candidate P Shekhar Reddy he wooed the people of filling up the lakes to push agriculture and fisheries development. He appealed to the people to elect the TRS candidate in the elections to continue the welfare and development programs. KCR has upgraded the 100 bed hospital by then minister Madhava Reddy to 350 beds and improved facilities. He promised to irrigate 30000 acres in Valigonda segment on completing the Kaleshwaram project.
Harish Rao expressed displeasure that TD Chief N Chandrababu Naidu is opposing this project and several others. However, the congress has forged an alliance with Naidu for his money to lure the voters he alleged. KCR achieved the statehood by staging fast unto death protest and the congress wants to put him behind bars, he added. The people have to judge to whom they should elect for the Assembly through the polls. (Maxim News)
