Congress Finalized Renuka And Anil Kumar As RS Members In Telangana

Hyderabad, Feb 14 (Maxim News):  Congress High Command has released the names of Renuka Chaudhury and Anil Kumar Yadav for the Rajya Sabha seats from Telangana Congress party General Secretary K.C Venugopal announced that Rajya Sabha seats have been finalized.

Renuka Chaudhary is a senior politician of the state and former MP while Anil Kumar Yadav is the son of former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav 

It also announced Ajay Maken, Syed Nasir Hussain and GC Chandrasekhar from Karnataka, Ashok Singh from Madhya Pradesh have been given a seat.

Anil Kumar Yadav thanked the party leadership for announcing him as a member of the Rajya Sabha of the Telangana Congress.  He said that it was a pleasure to give a chance to a young man like him in the Rajya Sabha.  He said that this is an example of those who work hard to get positions in Congress.  he said that giving him the post was the work of Youth Congress workers. 

He said that since Venkat was given Rajya Sabha as an MLC, he could understand the importance given by the Congress to the youth.  He said that he never imagined in his life that a Rajya Sabha chance would come to him.  Anil Kumar Yadav said that AICC Chief Rahul Gandhi aims to bring new blood into politics.  (Maxim News)
