Congress Major Hurdle For Development: Nagam

Hyderabad, July 3 (Maxim News): Former minister, who walked out from TDP and BJP and joined Congress party recently, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, in a state of confusion, alleged that the Congress party’s corruption was a big hurdle for the development of the Telangana State. Realizing his slip of tongue, Nagam immediately apologized and corrected his statement that the TRS party’s corruption was a hurdle for the development of the State”.

Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Tuesday, Nagam condemned Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao’s allegation that the Congress leaders were putting spokes in the development. He asked Harish Rao not to speak recklessly. He also said he would reveal “corrupt” practices of KCR and Harish Rao. He asked Harish as to why the government was not furnishing the information regarding Kaleswaram project when asked through RTI.

Nagam also questioned the government about double bed room houses, three acre land to daliths. Stating that he would not be scared if the government removed his personal security, Nagam said the people would protect him always. Nagam also asked the KCR government as to why it was not completing the SLBC tunnel works. He said the State government was taking up redesigning and re-estimation of irrigation projects only to make money. He showered praises on former Chief Minister late Dr YS Rajasekhar Reddy over 108, Arogya Sree and Fees Reimbursement schemes introduced by late YSR for the benefit of the people. (Maxim News)
