Hyderabad has attracted major companies because of its stable law and order situation,” said Revanth Reddy. “But if you make the mistake of electing the BJP, communal tensions will become the norm. The Old City, once notorious for curfews, has witnessed significant development. Today, festivals like Ramzan and Ganesh Chaturthi are celebrated peacefully. However, the BJP is conspiring to create law and order issues, discouraging investments in Hyderabad and driving them to Gujarat.”

The Chief Minister underlined the importance of electing candidates who will foster economic growth, suggesting that curfews lead to job losses and hinder business. “Will you vote for those who bring curfew or for those who bring prosperity and development?” he asked the crowd.

He assured that Sameer would be a genuine representative of the people and contribute to Hyderabad’s development.

The Chief Minister criticised both the BJP and MIM for sowing division among people based on religion. “On one side, there’s Owaisi; on the other, there’s Narendra Modi. Neither of them works to eradicate poverty or support the working class. They have neglected auto drivers, street vendors, and other labourers,” he said. “The BJP has been winning in Secunderabad, and MIM in Hyderabad, both following the same divisive ideology. It is now time to reject both and elect the Congress candidates.”

Revanth Reddy highlighted the achievements of the previous Congress government from 2004 to 2014, including the construction of the Outer Ring Road, the international airport, water supply projects from the Godavari and Krishna Rivers, and the Hyderabad Metro Rail. He accused the Modi government of neglecting Hyderabad and fueling communal tensions, pointing out that the Musi River remains polluted with garbage.

The Chief Minister urged the people to defeat those who incite hatred and to choose a party committed to development. He outlined Congress’s recent initiatives, such as providing gas cylinders for Rs 500, free electricity up to 200 units, free bus travel for women, and free medical treatment up to Rs 10 lakh under Aarogyasri. He mentioned that the government filled 30,000 vacancies within three months and that a Congress win in Hyderabad would lead to further development, including the implementation of the Musi Riverfront project and expansion of economic activities around the Outer Ring Road.
