As part of this strategy, Congress is throwing a net for the corporators. It is known that the former deputy mayor of BRS Baba Fasiuddin joined the Congress. Meanwhile, another Deputy Mayor Srilata Shobhan Reddy is rumoured to leave BRS.

It seems that Srilatha Shoban Reddy has been invited by Myanampally to join the congress. It seems that Shobhan Reddy has had some differences with Secunderabad MLa Padma Rao Goud for some time now.  It is for this reason that there is a discussion in the close circles that the meeting held by KTR with the corporators was kept silent. Moreover, it is reported that the behavior of the party leaders is causing problems.

Shobhan Reddy has been expressing her concern for some time, and Shobhan is deeply unhappy that the key leaders are not giving her even a 2 minute appointment. Also, it seems that Shobhan is ready to say goodbye to BRS with the same impatience while there is talk in the party circles that she feels that the party leaders are insulting her on many occasions.

It may be recalled that in the past the Congress party had a strong hold in the city. Along with Secunderabad Lok Sabha, there are instances where Hyderabad has also been won in the past. But presently, Congress is represented only in Malkajgiri Parliament under GHMC.
