Congress Stages Protest Against Increasing Prices Of Fuel
Hyderabad, March 1(Maxim News): TPCC Mahila wing stages protest in front of Gandhi Bhavan against the heavy increase in prices of petrol, diesel and cooking gas. The programme was attended by TPCC President Uttam Kumar Reddy, MLA Seethakka, TPCC Spokesperson Indira Shobhan and other leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, Uttam Kumar Reddy said that the cooking gas has become unaffordable for the common man. While the prices of petrol and diesel have crossed all expectations, BJP Govt has increased the prices of LPG by almost three times. He said that the price of a non-subsidised LPG cylinder in Hyderabad today was Rs. 871.50. He accused PM Modi and CM KCR of playing with the lives of common people by not controlling the prices.
Uttam Kumar Reddy said that neighbouring States have announced subsidy on LPG cylinders. However, CM KCR has not made any such announcement. He said that the Congress party would fight against the rise in fuel and LPG prices until they are withdrawn.(Maxim News)Congress Stages Protest Against Increasing Prices Of Fuel
