Congress Won’t Return To Power If Uttam Remains TPCC Chief: Rajagopal
Hyderabad, June 23 (Maxim News): Congress MLC Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy has opined that there was no loss to the Congress with the resignation of former minister Danam Nagender.
In a chat with a few scribes on Saturday at his residence, Rajagopal Reddy said the party would not return to power if the party high command continued N Uttam Kumar Reddy as TPCC president. He ridiculed Uttam saying that the latter imagines himself very high. Uttam has no power to announce MLA candidates in the meetings, he said, adding that change of PCC Chief was a must in July. He said Uttam, who won against Shankaramma, never becomes a contender to Komatireddy brothers. He said he would have cooperated with Shankaramma to make her election unanimous. (Maxim News)
