Congress Workers Stage Protest For Delay In Announcing CM Candidate
Hyderabad, Dec 5 (Maxim News): Congress workers tried to commit suicide near the gate of Ella Hotel in Gachibowli because of the delay in announcing the Chief Minister of Telangana. Some youths from the joint Mahbubnagar district raised slogans saying Revanth Reddy CM. All the protestors were detained by the police and taken to the police station.
On the other hand, PCC vice President Chamala Kiran Reddy clarified that there is no confusion regarding the new Chief Minister of Telangana. He said that the majority of the MLAs had told the AICC observers that Revanth Reddy should be given a chance to become the Chief Minister. He said that the topics discussed internally by the party are sensitive and cannot be disclosed. (Maxim News)
