Corona Virus Rattles Karimnagar District

Hyderabad, Feb.19 (Maxim News): Corona virus today rattled Karimnagar district. A total of 33 residents of Chegurthi village of the district have been tested positive to the deadly virus.

According to authorities, all the victims gave taken part in funeral procession of a resident from the village. The resident died due to the same virus.

The medical officer of Karimnagar rural Mandal Dr. Vamshikrishna said that the victim died ten days back and added that all the other victims took part in his funeral procession. He said that they had asked all the patients to keep themselves in home quarantine for 15 days. The authorities are also making arrangements to hold medical camps in the surrounding villages of the district. (Maxim News)
