The minister expressed his hope that the restored heritage building, when used as a council hall, would allow the assembly to be relocated to a more central location, similar to the Parliament. This would make the assembly more accessible to the public. He also instructed officials to make arrangements for parking and security personnel.
Minister Sri Dhar Rao directed the R&B Special Secretary to appoint a special engineer to oversee the project and ensure timely completion. He also assured that his IT department would provide all necessary network services to the assembly.
