Country Made Weapon Seized, On Held In Dabeerpura

Hyderabad, January 3(Maxim News): This is a case of attempt to murder wherein the accused person Mohd Dawood Zakir, S/o Md Ibrahim , age 48 yrs, Occ: Welder, R/o 4-34/11, Munuganoor, Hayath Nagar, RR Dist N/o Nalgonda Dist, tried to fire with a Country made weapon ( Tapancha ) to the complainant Ayub Khan inside Ali Café Hotel, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad on 02.01.2021 at 1630 Hrs.

He was arrested on sunday at 1000 hrs and one country made weapon (Tapancha) has been seized.

BRIEF HISTORY OF THE CASE:

The brief facts of the case are that the Dawood (accused) is a resident of Munuganoor (Village) Hayath Nagar(M) RR Dist N/o Nalgonda Dist, is native of Saheb Nagar, Vanasthalipuram RR Dist.

The Dawood’s father Md Ibrahim has a land of 1 Acre 38 Guntas at Survey No 50, 51, sahib Nagar Kurdu, Vanasthalipuram, Hayath nagar, RR District. There was a dispute between his father and Chakradar for the said property for 2500 Square yards and a case was filed against the said property. In the year 2005 one Ayub Bhai, who is his brother in law’s friend, met and assured him that he can sell disputed land to others, believing his words the accused entered to an agreement with the said Ayub Khan ( Complainant). Later the accused along with Ayub Khan sold 2000 Square Yards to one Venkatesh R/o Khammam for two cores, and gave him Rs. 1 core as his share. The deal did not go through and later the agreement was cancelled.

Recently Ayub Khan again interfered in the land dispute. Dawood spoke to the complainant not to interfere into the property, but the Ayub Khan did not listen his words, on that the Dawood decided to take revenge on him. He purchased a weapon (Tapancha) 5 years back from Un known person at Patia ( village) Gorakpur, Utterpradesh.

On 02.01.2021 at about 1600 hrs Dawood came to Ali café Hotel and called to Ayub, then Ayub reached to the spot. Both of them got into arguments. Dawood threatened him saying “HOW YOU CAN LEAVE FROM THIS PLACE I WILL SEE YOUR END,” and took out the Tapancha from his waist and tried to load the weapon to kill him. Meanwhile the complainant tried to catch the weapon in the scuffle two round had fallen down. Ayub Khan escaped from the clutches of the accused person and came to the Police Station and gave the complaint. Later the accused Dawood Zakir also escaped from the spot.

Basing on the contents of the complaint a case in Cr. No. 04/2021 307, 384 r/w 511 IPC and Sec 25(1) (A), 27 (2) Arms Act is registered and took up investigation.
