COVID-19: CJI D.Y Chandrachud Makes Important Announcement Today

Covid-19 | Delhi/Hyderabad, April 5 (Maxim News): In view of the Covid-19 cases increasing again in the country, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court D.Y Chandrachud made an important announcement today.

It has been revealed that in the background of increasing cases of Covid, lawyers can freely appear in Court in virtual mode. He said that the articles appearing in the newspapers make it clear that the number of Covid positive cases is increasing again, and the lawyers want to appear in court in virtual mode. they can take up the online trial.

CJI Chandrachud said that in the hybrid mode, the court can also participate in the investigation virtually if possible.

The spread of Coronavirus in the country is once again causing concern. There is a massive increase in new cases day-by-day. While three thousand cases have been registered in the last four days, more than four thousand new cases have come to light in the last 24 hours.

According to the details disclosed by the Ministry of Health of India, from Tuesday morning to Wednesday more than 1,31,086 people were tested for Corona, and 4,435 new cases were discovered. there was a 46 percent increase in new cases today compared to yesterday. (Maxim News)
