Covid-19: Six IAS Officers Tests Positive in Vishakapatnam

As many as six IAS officers have tested positive for coronavirus in Visakhapatnam. For the last two days, District Collector V Vinay Chand suffering with symptoms of Covid-19. He tested positive on Thursday. Joint Collectors Venugopal Reddy, Arun Babu, and R Govinda Rao are taking treatment for infectious disease by staying in home isolation. They are conducting review meetings with officials from their homes.

GVMC Commissioner Srijana tested positive for coronavirus three days ago. Likewise, VMRDA secretary Ganesh Kumar, who was conferred IAS went on leave after testing positive. DRO Prasad and Visakhapatnam RDO P Kishore Babu also confirmed positive.
