CPI Accuses Modi & Amit Of indulging In Blackmailing Politics

Hyderabad, Nov.24 (Maxim News): CPI senior leader Dr K Narayana on Sunday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president Amit Shah were threatening their political rivals by showing CBI and Enforcement directorate agencies and indulging in blackmailing politics in the country.

Addressing the media at party office in Tirupati, Narayana leveled several allegations against the BJP. He said the political developments that took place in Maharashtra were nothing but an insult to the Indian Constitution. He alleged that the BJP had brought about a vertical divide among the NCP MLAs by threatening them by citing CBI and ED.

He also alleged that NCP leader Ajit Pawar was threatened by the BJP and was forced to support it for formation of the State government. Narayana also criticized the policies of Andhra Pradesh government. He said he was shocked to see the economic policies of the State government and added that it was wrong on the part of the State government to sell away its lands for funding the welfare schemes announced by the ruling YCP.

Commenting on the decision of the State government to introduce English medium education in all the government schools of the State, Narayana compared mother tongue with the milk of a mother and English language as an artificial milk. He also said there was no comparison between the two Telugu and English languages.(Maxim News)
