Cyberabad Cops Arrested 5 Member Interstate Gang of Dacoits

Hyderabad, April 12 (Maxim News): The Cyberabad police arrested a five-member interstate gang of dacoits consisting of Amar Singh Jaggar Singh Tak, s/o Jaggar Singh, 21 yrs, r/o Evath Haddi, Pune, Maharashtra State. 2) Lucky Singh Gabbar Singh Tak, S/o Gabbar Singh Tak, 20 yrs, r/o
Ramtekdi, anandnagar, Pune, Maharashtra State. 3) Nihal Singh Manav Singh, S/o Manav Singh, ,17 yrs, r/o Hudabsar, Tuljabhavani vasat, Pune, Maharashtra State. 4) Jeeth Singh Rajpal Singh s/o Rajpal Singh, 26 yrs, Wahidvadi vasad, Pune, Maharashtra State. and 5) Nishanth s/o Anil nanavar, 22 yrs, r/o Krishnanagar, Pune, Maharashtra State.

The police have seized 1. Country Made Pistols (03), 2. Bullets rounds (06), 3. Scissor blade divided pieces (16), 4. Jambiya Knife (01),5. Big screwdriver with Green color Handles (05), 6. Small Torch Light (01), 7. Monkey Caps (03), 8. Men Caps (02), 9. Cutters (01), 10. Crowbar/Shovel/ Pry Bar (01) and 11.TATA Indica Car Br.No. TS 08 hk 3255, 12. Total Net Cash of Rs. 70,000/-, they were also imprisoned in the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) case.

Cyberabad Commissioner of Police, Stephen Ravendra said the gang is involved in 175 cases and had come to the city from neighboring Maharashtra to loot jewelry shops and banks. On credible information about the presence of an Inter-state Dacoity Gang consisting of 5 members in a dilapidated house in Shapur Nagar near Adarsh Bank lane possessing FireArms and Deadly weapons suspecting they are making preparation for committing Dacoity and other Heinous Crimes, upon which the Inspector of Police, Jeedimetla PS and his staff and Patrol Mobile staff immediately rushed and rounded up the said dilapidated house and found 5 members gang hiding in dilapidated house possessing loaded Country made Pistols, Jambiya, Sharp Scissor, and other Instruments for committing Property offenses.

On seeing the police party the accused tried to flee away through the opened dilapidated windows. The police party however covered all the exits and nabbed the 5-member Notorious Criminal Gang. On interrogation they admitted that they belong to Pune, Maharashtra state, and further admitted that they came from Pune possessing the FireArms and other Deadly weapons for committing Dacoity/Robbery and other property offenses in the Jeedimetla area and conducted Recce in the market area where Jewellery shops are existing for committing dacoity and taking shelter in the said Dilapidated House. They further stated that they have committed several property offenses and bodily offenses in Pune and they came to the Jeedimetla area for committing dacoity and property offenses keeping the net cash that they committed in Pune. In continuation of preparation, they went to Gummadidala and committed the theft of Car No. TS 08 HK3255 vide Cr. No.50/2023 U/s 379 IPC came to the Jeedimetla area in the said stolen car.
