Cyberabad CP Imposed Section 163 BNSS Near Exam Centers

Hyderabad, Nov 29 (Maxim News): Avinash Mohanty, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad, in the exercise of the powers, vested me U/Sec 163 BNSS do hereby prohibit an assembly of five or more persons within around (200) a meters radius at all the examinations centers to conduct Computer Based Test for the Departmental Tests November 2024 Session (Notification No.04/2024) CBT examination for objective Type Papers on 25.11.2024 to 27.11.2024 to 03.12.2024 and on 07.12.2024 &; 08.12.2024 (except on 26.11.2024) and conventional papers on 02.12.2024, 03.12.2024 & 07.12.2024 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM and 02.30 PM to 04.30 PM and for conventional type papers are 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM & 02.30 PM to 05.30 PM.

Further, Photocopy (Xerox) &; Internet Centers shall be closed within a radius of (100) meters from the examination centers.

The following are exempted from the operation of this order: • Police Officers on duty. • Military Personnel on duty. • Home Guards on duty. • Flying Squad, Education Department. • Funeral processions.

The Public is hereby informed that any person violating the above orders shall be liable for prosecution under Section 163 BNSS. (Maxim News)
