Dangal Actress Suhani Bhatnagar Dies At 19

New Delhi: In shocking news, Suhani Bhatnagar who played young Babita Phogat in Aamir Khan’s blockbuster movie ‘Dangal’ passed away. She was only 19.

While no exact reason was known immediately, fluid accumulation throughout her body is said to be the reason. According to sources, Suhani had met with an accident and was battling a leg fracture. The medications she was prescribed had side effects on her that slowly fluid accumulation started in her body, a report in English Jagran stated.

She had been under treatment at the prestigious AIIMS Delhi Hospital for quite some time now, reports added. The shocking news has left her fans heartbroken.

Her portrayal of the younger version of Babita Phogat in Dangal was highly praised. She has also worked in TV advertisements. Despite offers after Dangal, she had taken a break from acting and instead wanted to focus on her studies.

She always wanted to return to the film industry after completing her studies.
